President's Message

Welcome to the Inland Chapter of the California LawEnforcement Association of Records Supervisors, Inc. (CLEARS).  My name is Lisa Lorton and I am a Police Records Supervisor with the City of Corona Police Department.  It is my pleasure and honor to be the 2010 President of the CLEARS Inland Chapter.  The Inland Chapter consists of law enforcement agencies from Riverside, San Bernardino and Inyo Counties.

The Inland Chapter holds monthly training meetings on the third Wednesday of each month.  We offer a wide range of training that will benefit you professionally and personally.  The meeting format includes a Board/General Meeting, followed by 2 hours of training and closing with a catered lunch.  The cost for the training and lunch is $20 for members and $25 for non-members.

Your membership dues of $50 per year will entitle you to the quarterly publication of the California Police Recorder (CPR) magazine, a yearly statewide membership directory, dated membership pin, a chapter membership card and chapter minutes from each meeting.  Additionally, you will receive a reduced registration fee for the Annual CLEARS Training & Technology Seminar.

Join now and become a part of the only organization working towards the betterment of records management and the professional development of Records Supervisors and Managers.  The CLEARS organization will also provide you with information on new technology, current legislation issues and premier training opportunities.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions.  I hope to see you soon at an Inland Chapter training meeting.
